Growth
Hands-on GTM strategy and sales execution for technology companies expanding internationally.
Transatlantic GTM
The problem
You've built a product that works in your home market. You have revenue, customers, and some degree of product-market fit. Now you need to take it across the Atlantic, and you're discovering that what worked in London doesn't automatically work in San Francisco, and vice versa.
International expansion fails more often than it succeeds, and it usually fails for the same reasons: assumptions about buyer behaviour that don't translate, pricing that doesn't fit the new market, sales motions designed for a different culture, and hiring decisions made too early with too little local knowledge.
What we do
We specialise in helping technology companies expand between Europe and North America. This is not abstract strategy work. We have closed deals, built teams, and launched products on both sides of the Atlantic for over two decades, from early-stage AI startups to $105M Series A-E funded companies.
We start by critically reviewing your current GTM strategy against the realities of the target market:
- Your Ideal Customer Profile and whether it translates to the new geography
- Buyer personas and how purchasing decisions differ across markets
- Pricing and packaging for the target segment and competitive landscape
- Sales motion design: PLG, direct enterprise, channel, or hybrid
- Positioning and messaging that resonates locally, not just translated
- Partner ecosystems and how to build credibility in a new market
- The role of events, thought leadership, and demand generation
We then work alongside your team to execute. We've built the sales function that delivered 208% ARR year-on-year growth for a Google Ventures-backed AI company expanding from Europe into North America. We've restructured GTM strategy and taken over partnerships management for AI content moderation platforms entering the US market. We've defined and executed expansion strategies for companies across AI, data infrastructure, telecoms, and life sciences.
What you get
A GTM strategy that is validated against the reality of the target market, not assumed from a distance. And critically, hands-on execution support to make it work. We don't hand over a strategy deck and wish you luck. We stay until the pipeline is building and the sales motion is proven.
Sales and Revenue Operations
The problem
You need revenue, and you need it now. You may have some sales capability, probably founder-led, possibly a first hire or two who haven't yet found their rhythm. You might have engaged an outsourced SDR agency that's generating meetings but not pipeline. The board is asking about pipeline coverage ratios and you're not sure the CRM data supports a confident answer.
What we do
We operate as a fractional CRO or as a direct extension of your sales team. After a fast onboarding period, we are selling your product, running your pipeline, and building the operational foundations that a scaling sales function requires.
This is not advisory work from a distance. We get on calls. We run demos. We close deals. We've done this across deal sizes from $60K to $13M, selling to enterprises, mid-market companies, and through channel partners, across the Americas, Europe, and APAC.
While building pipeline, we also put in place the infrastructure for sustained growth:
- Sales process design and CRM configuration that reflects how your buyers actually buy
- Pipeline management, forecasting, and the reporting that your board needs
- Sales playbooks that capture institutional knowledge, not just process
- Hiring and onboarding support for your own AEs and SDRs when the time is right
- Marketing alignment to ensure demand generation supports the sales motion
We have built and led sales teams across five continents, and understand how to adapt sales approaches for different cultures, market segments, and deal complexities. We also bring our own network, which means warm introductions to prospects in markets where you currently have no presence.
What you get
Revenue. Pipeline. A sales function that works without us. We measure success by whether you need us less over time, not more.
